Geografie
Die Gemeinde Acoua liegt am nordwestlichen Ufer der Hauptinsel Mayottes. Neben dem Hauptort Acoua bildet das Dorf Mtsangadoua die Gemeinde.[1]
Geschichte
Erste Besiedlungen werden auf das 11. Jahrhundert datiert.
