Die Gemeinde Villoncourt liegt etwa sieben Kilometer nordöstlich von Épinal. Durch das Gemeindegebiet fließt der Durbion. Nachbargemeinden sind Badménil-aux-Bois im Norden, Padoux im Nordosten, Sercœur im Osten, Dignonville im Süden und Bayecourt im Westen.
