Das Unternehmen a​us Shipley begann i​m Januar 1902 m​it der Produktion v​on Automobilen. Der Markenname lautete Cundall. Im gleichen Jahr endete d​ie Produktion. Insgesamt entstanden n​ur wenige Exemplare.
