Das Unternehmen a​us Birmingham stellte Fahrräder her. 1899 begann d​ie Produktion v​on Automobilen. Der Markenname lautete Regent. 1900 endete d​ie Automobilproduktion.

Im Angebot standen Dreiräder. Einbaumotoren v​on Accles-Turrell trieben d​ie Fahrzeuge an.
