Geographie
Monteils liegt am Fluss Lère (hier Lère Morte genannt) im Quercy. Umgeben wird Monteils von den Nachbargemeinden Caussade im Norden, Westen und Süden, Septfonds im Osten sowie Saint-Cirq im Südosten.
