Geographie
Meauzac liegt am Tarn. Umgeben wird Meauzac von den Nachbargemeinden Lafrançaise im Norden und Nordosten, Barry-d’Islemade im Osten und Südosten, La Ville-Dieu-du-Temple im Süden sowie Labastide-du-Temple im Westen.
