Geografie
Maisoncelles-Pelvey liegt rund 26 Kilometer südwestlich von Caen. Umgeben wird die Gemeinde von Tracy-Bocage im Nordwesten und Norden, Villers-Bocage im Nordosten, Épinay-sur-Odon im Osten, Longvillers im Südosten sowie Seulline im Süden, Südwesten als auch Westen.
