Geographie
Lesparre-Médoc liegt im Zentrum der Halbinsel Médoc, die durch den Atlantik und die Gironde, Mündung der Flüsse Garonne und Dordogne gebildet wird. Das Gemeindegebiet gehört zum Regionalen Naturpark Médoc.
