Coutiches liegt etwa zwölf Kilometer nordöstlich von Douai. Umgeben wird Coutiches von den Nachbargemeinden Auchy-lez-Orchies im Norden, Orchies im Nordosten, Bouvignies im Osten und Südosten, Flines-lez-Raches im Süden, Faumont im Westen und Südwesten sowie Bersée im Nordwesten.
