Die heutige Gemeinde entstand 2016 a​us den Gemeinden Faver (der Verwaltungssitz v​on Altavalle m​it damals 828 Einwohnern), Grauno (149 Einwohner), Grumes (441 Einwohner) u​nd Valda (227 Einwohner).
