Varize liegt etwa 28 Kilometer nordwestlich von Orléans. Umgeben wird Varize von Nachbargemeinden Nottonville im Norden, Bazoches-en-Dunois im Osten und Nordosten, Péronville im Südosten, Villampuy im Süden sowie Civry im Westen.
