Durch Courbehaye fließt die Conie. Nachbargemeinden sind Sancheville im Nordwesten, Eole-en-Beauce mit Baignolet im Norden, Fontenay-sur-Conie im Nordosten, Orgères-en-Beauce im Osten, Guillonville im Südosten, Cormainville im Süden, Nottonville im Südwesten und Villiers-Saint-Orien im Westen.
