Die Perwaja Gruppa 1945 war die siebte Saison der höchsten sowjetischen Fußballliga und zugleich die erste Meisterschaft nach dreijähriger, kriegsbedingter Unterbrechung. Sie begann am 19. Mai und endete am 22. September 1945.[1]
