Der Kanton Groix war bis 2015 ein französischer Wahlkreis im Arrondissement Lorient, im Département Morbihan und in der Region Bretagne. Er umfasste einzig die Gemeinde Groix (bretonisch: Enez Groe) auf der Île de Groix.
