Cressy liegt rund vier Kilometer südlich von Nesle an der Départementsstraße D15. Der Ortsteil Omencourt ist rund zweieinhalb Kilometer weiter südöstlich an der Straße nach Solente im Nachbardépartement Oise gelegen.
