Geografische Lage
Sajókeresztúr liegt im Norden Ungarns am Fuße des Bükk, 7 Kilometer vom Komitatssitz Miskolc entfernt. Das Dorf besitzt zwei Kirchen: zum einen eine katholische, zum anderen eine reformierte. Im Ort gibt es eine Grundschule und einen kleinen Fußballklub (Sajókeresztúri foci club).
