Lage
Preuilly-la-Ville liegt etwa 45 Kilometer ostnordöstlich von Poitiers an der Creuse. Umgeben wird Preuilly-la-Ville von den Nachbargemeinden Tournon-Saint-Martin im Norden, Pouligny-Saint-Pierre im Osten und Südosten, Fontgombault im Süden sowie Lurais im Westen.
