Pierrefitte liegt etwa 16 Kilometer ostnordöstlich von Bressuire. Umgeben wird Pierrefitte von den Nachbargemeinden Sainte-Gemme im Norden und Nordosten, Saint-Varent im Nordosten, Glénay im Osten, Faye-l’Abbesse im Süden sowie Geay im Westen.
