Geografie
Die Gemeinde Fléville liegt an der Aire. 23 Kilometer südöstlich von Vouziers. Umgeben wird Fléville von den Nachbargemeinden Sommerance im Norden, Exermont im Osten, Chatel-Chéhéry im Süden, Cornay im Westen sowie Saint-Juvin im Nordwesten.
