Creysseilles liegt etwa 27 Kilometer nordwestlich von Montélimar. Umgeben wird Creysseilles von den Nachbargemeinden Saint-Étienne-de-Serre im Norden, Pranles im Osten und Nordosten, Veyras im Süden und Südosten, Pourchères im Süden und Südwesten sowie Ajoux im Westen.
