Tâmega e Sousa
Die Region Tâmega e Sousa ist eine statistische portugiesische Subregion und Teil der Região Norte. Die Kreise gehören zu den Distrikten Aveiro, Braga, Porto und Viseu. Im Norden grenzt Tâmega e Sousa an Ave, im Osten an Douro, im Süden an Viseu Dão-Lafões und im Westen an die Metropolregion Porto.
