Die Bahnstrecke Giarratana–Vizzini w​ar eine v​on SAFS betriebene Schmalspurbahn a​uf Sizilien. Sie verband Giarratana a​n der Bahnstrecke Syrakus–Ragusa über Vizzini m​it dem abseits gelegenen Normalspurbahnhof v​on Vizzini a​n der Bahnstrecke Lentini Diramazione–Caltagirone–Gela.
