Die Intel-Celeron-Serie basiert primär technisch auf der Intel-Core-i-Serie, sowie bei ausgewählten Prozessoren auf der Intel Atom Mikroarchitektur. Im Vergleich zur Serie Core i sind die Prozessoren jedoch beschnitten in Features wie AVX, Takt und Cache.
