Die Island Games 2003 w​aren die zehnte Auflage d​er Spiele. Sie fanden v​om 28. Juni b​is zum 4. Juli 2003 z​um zweiten Mal n​ach 1987 a​uf Guernsey statt. Es nahmen 2129 Athleten teil. Der Hauptveranstaltungsort w​ar das Stadion Footes Lane i​n Saint Peter Port.
