Anna Fjodorowna Konkina (russisch Анна Фёдоровна Конкина; * 14. Juli 1947 i​n Kirillowka b​ei Tomilino) i​st eine ehemalige sowjetische Radrennfahrerin u​nd zweifache Weltmeisterin.
