Trpinja (serbisch-kyrillisch Трпиња) ist ein Dorf und eine Gemeinde in der Gespanschaft Vukovar-Srijem in Kroatien. Die Gemeinde hat 5.572 Einwohner, die Ortschaft Trpinja 1.516 (Volkszählung 2011). Davon sind 89,7 % Serben.
