Das Unternehmen war am Quai du Hainaut in Brüssel tätig. An der gleichen Adresse befand sich auch Foidart & Rosenthal. 1900 begann die Produktion von Automobilen nach einer Lizenz von M. Maillard. 1902 endete die Produktion.
