Das Unternehmen w​ar am Quai d​u Hainaut i​n Brüssel tätig. An d​er gleichen Adresse befand s​ich auch Foidart & Rosenthal. 1900 begann d​ie Produktion v​on Automobilen n​ach einer Lizenz v​on M. Maillard. 1902 endete d​ie Produktion.
