Der Kanton Béthune-Est war bis 2015 ein französischer Wahlkreis im Arrondissement Béthune, im Département Pas-de-Calais und in der Region Nord-Pas-de-Calais; sein Hauptort war Béthune. Vertreter im Generalrat des Départements war zuletzt von 2004 bis 2015 Raymond Gaquère (PS). Der Kanton Béthune-Est lag im Mittel 24 Meter über Normalnull, zwischen 15 Metern in La Couture und 47 Metern in Hinges.
