Concepcion ist die einzige Ansiedlung auf der Insel Maestro de Campo im äußersten Nordwesten der Romblonen-Inselgruppe in der Sibuyan-See. Die Topographie der Insel wird durch flachwelliges Terrain gekennzeichnet.
