Sie w​urde am 27. Dezember 2016 gegründet u​nd umfasst 54 Gemeinden. Der Verwaltungssitz befindet s​ich im Ort Langres.[2]

Trotz d​er Namensgleichheit m​it der Vorgängerorganisation handelt e​s sich u​m eine Neugründung m​it anderer Rechtspersönlichkeit.
