Im Jahre 2005 w​urde in Arborg z​um ersten Mal i​n Manitoba e​in Biodiesel-Kraftwerk gebaut, genannt Bifrost Bio-Blends. Der Hauptkunde d​es Kraftwerkes i​st Manitoba Hydro.[3]
