Geografische Lage
Alsószuha liegt im Norden Ungarns, 40 km nördlich von Miskolc entfernt, an dem kleinen Fluss Szuha. Nachbargemeinden sind Dövény 5 km und Zádorfalva 1 km. Die nächste Stadt ist Kazincbarcika 25 km von Alsószuha entfernt.
