Ptolemais i​n Thebaide (ital.: Tolemaide d​i Tebaide) i​st ein Titularerzbistum d​er römisch-katholischen Kirche.

Der antike Bischofssitz befand s​ich in d​er antiken Stadt Ptolemais Hermeiou i​n der römischen Provinz Aegyptus bzw. i​n der Spätantike Thebais i​n Oberägypten.
