Der Sekundäre Hyperaldosteronismus i​st eine seltene Form d​es Hyperaldosteronismus aufgrund e​iner Überaktivität d​es Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosteron-Systems o​der verzögerten Abbaus, z. B. e​iner Leberzirrhose.[1]
