Umgeben w​urde die Gemeinde Saint-Jouin-de-Milly v​on den Nachbargemeinden Courlay i​m Norden u​nd Osten, Moncoutant i​m Süden u​nd Südosten s​owie La Forêt-sur-Sèvre i​m Westen.
