Philadelphia Energy Solutions (PES) i​st ein amerikanisches Unternehmen, d​as den Raffineriekomplex Philadelphia betreibt. PES entstand 2012 a​ls Abspaltung v​on Sunoco d​urch die Carlyle Group.[3]

Der geplante Börsengang w​urde 2016 verschoben.[4]

Der Raffineriekomplex besteht aus den beiden Standorten Point Breeze () mit einer Kapazität von 145.000 bpd und Girard Point () mit 190.000 bpd.[5][6] Point Breeze ist auf leichteres Öl spezialisiert, Girard Point kann auch schweres Rohöl verarbeiten.[4]
