Nyong-et-So'o ist ein Bezirk der Region Centre in Kamerun. Auf einer Fläche von 3581 km² leben nach der Volkszählung 2001 142.907 Einwohner.[1] Die Bezirkshauptstadt ist Mbalmayo.
