Indian Ocean Island Games 1990/Fußball
Bei den 3. Indian Ocean Island Games 1990 (französisch Jeux des Iles de l’Océan Indien) wurde in Madagaskar ein Turnier im Fußball der Männer ausgetragen. An dem Wettbewerb nahmen fünf Mannschaften teil, der Gastgeber Madagaskar konnte das Turnier mit einem Finalsieg über die Titelverteidiger aus Mauritius für sich entscheiden.
