IC 1870 ist eine Balken-Spiralgalaxie vom Hubble-Typ SBm im Sternbild Eridanus südlich des Himmelsäquators. Sie ist schätzungsweise 68 Millionen Lichtjahre von der Milchstraße entfernt und hat einen Scheibendurchmesser von etwa 55.000 Lichtjahren.
