IC 1199 ist eine Spiralgalaxie vom Hubble-Typ Sbc im Sternbild Serpens am Himmelsäquator. Sie ist schätzungsweise 215 Millionen Lichtjahre von der Milchstraße entfernt und hat einen Durchmesser von etwa 80.000 Lj.
