Meister wurde zum ersten Mal Ismaily SC, Al-Sekka Al-Hadid und Suez El-Riyadi stiegen ab. Nicht mehr in der höchsten Spielklasse vertreten waren Ittihad Suez und Olympic El Qanah FC. Neu in der höchsten Spielklasse waren Suez El-Riyadi und Domiat Club.
