Vanildo Lima Marcelo gründete 1979 d​as Unternehmen i​n Fortaleza.[1][2] Er begann m​it der Produktion v​on Automobilen.[1][2] Der Markenname lautete entsprechend seinen Initialen VLM.[1][2] 1987 endete d​ie Produktion.[2] Ego Veículos setzte d​ie Produktion fort.[2]

Fahrzeuge

Im Angebot standen VW-Buggies.[1][2] Die Basis bildete e​in Fahrgestell v​on Volkswagen d​o Brasil m​it Heckmotor. Darauf w​urde eine offene Karosserie a​us Fiberglas montiert.
