Die Gemeinde liegt im Südwesten des Kreises. Zu ihr gehören die Ortschaften Aldeia dos Marmelos, Aldeia das Pias, Aldeia da Venda, Orvalhos, Cabeça de Carneiro, Seixo und Casas Novas de Mares.
