Die Premiership 1999 (aus Sponsoringgründen als Northern Ford Premiership bezeichnet) war die vierte Saison der zweiten englischen Rugby-League-Liga. Den ersten Tabellenplatz nach Ende der regulären Saison belegten die Dewsbury Rams, die im Finale 11:12 gegen die Hunslet Hawks verloren.
