Die National League One 2004 war die neunte Saison der zweiten englischen Rugby-League-Liga. Den ersten Tabellenplatz nach Ende der regulären Saison belegten die Leigh Centurions, die im Finale 32:16 nach Verlängerung gegen Whitehaven gewannen und damit in die Super League aufstiegen.
