Portão
Portão ist eine Stadt im Bundesstaat Rio Grande do Sul im Süden Brasiliens. Sie liegt etwa 40 km nördlich von Porto Alegre. Benachbart sind die Orte São José do Hortêncio (N), Lindolfo Collor (N), Estância Velha (O), São Leopoldo (SO), Sapucaia (SO), Nova Santa Rita (S), Capela de Santana (W) und São Sebastião do Cai (NW). Ursprünglich war Portão Teil der Munizipien Canoas, Estância Velha, São Leopoldo und São Sebastião do Cai.
