Nova Santa Rita ist eine Stadt mit 28.670 (Schätzung 2018) Einwohnern im Bundesstaat Rio Grande do Sul im Süden Brasiliens. Sie liegt etwa 20 km nördlich von Porto Alegre. Benachbart sind die Orte Canoas, Capela de Santana, Montenegro, Triunfo, Esteio, Portão, Viamão, Sapucaia do Sul. Ursprünglich war Nova Santa Rita Teil des Munizips Canoas.
