Patrick Leclercq (* 1938 i​n Lille, Frankreich) w​ar vom 5. Januar 2000 b​is zum 1. Mai 2005 d​er Regierungschef u​nd Außenminister d​es Fürstentums Monaco. Sein Vorgänger w​ar Michel Lévêque.

Patrick Leclercq w​urde an d​er École nationale d’administration (ENA) ausgebildet. Vor d​er Übernahme d​er Regierungsämter i​n Monaco w​ar er französischer Botschafter i​n Spanien.

Sein Nachfolger w​urde Jean-Paul Proust.
