Geografie
Die Gemeinde Overland befindet sich im Nordwesten des Countys, direkt am South Platte River. Die nächstgelegene größere Stadt ist Grand Island (6 km nordwestlich). Zu erreichen ist der Ort über den Nebraska Highway 66, der südlich vorbeiführt.
