OHL 2002/03
Die OHL-Saison 2002/03 war die 23. Spielzeit der Ontario Hockey League. Die reguläre Saison begann am 19. September 2002 und endete am 16. März 2003. Die Play-offs starteten am 20. März 2003 und endeten mit dem dritten J.-Ross-Robertson-Cup-Gewinn der Kitchener Rangers am 10. Mai 2003, die sich im OHL-Finale gegen die Ottawa 67’s durchsetzten.

Teamänderungen
Die North Bay Centennials wurden vor Saisonbeginn nach Saginaw, Michigan umgesiedelt und in Saginaw Spirit umbenannt. Das neue Team wurde in die West Division des OHL Western Conference gesetzt. Dadurch wurden die London Knights von der West Division in die Midwest Division umgesetzt. Als weitere Änderung wurden die Brampton Battalion von der Midwest Division der Western Conference in die Central Division der OHL Eastern Conference gesetzt.
